American Meb Keflezighi wins Boston Marathon men’s title
Boston Globe: Meb Keflezighi of San Diego, Calif., won the Boston Marathon with an official time of 2:08:37. He is the first American to win the men’s division since 1983.
Rita Jeptoo of Kenya won her second straight Boston Marathon in 2:18:57, setting a new course record. This was her third overall title.
